Sales Manager (Corporate)



Employment Term:

Job Responsibilities:

– Responsible for Corporate Sales for the hotel
– Develop and implement effective business, marketing and sales plans
– Direct sales activities of the hotel to achieve budgeted goals
– Visit potential clients to establish business opportunity and drive revenue
– Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
– Support hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
– Prepare sales reports and regular analysis of market information
– Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

– Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management
– Minimum 3 years hotel room sales experience
– Good relations and connection with potential clients network
– Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Good team player and able to work under pressure
– Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
– Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
