If you have arrived or about to arrive in Hong Kong without a hotel booking, the Hong Kong Hotels Association's Hotel Reservation Centres at the Hong Kong International Airport offer you an immediate room reservation service.

The Association operates guest meet and greet service counters located inside the buffer halls at both Exits A and B on North and South Ends of the Hong Kong International Airport, which can be identified by the signage marked 'Hotel Reservation and Transportation' after clearing customs.

The centres have the latest details of hotel room availability at any of our member hotels and can offer instant hotel room bookings. Whether or not you have booked an airport transfer in advance, our staff will be delighted to assist you in finding swift and comfortable modes of transfer to your hotel.
